The room at Fuse Old Town Hoi An was just so cozy and comfortable! I loved the air conditioning, it kept me nice and cool during the hot weather. The seating area was a great spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. And the balcony with city views was an added bonus, it was so nice to take in the scenery.
I wasn't a fan of the bathroom featuring a bath. It's just not my thing, but I know others might enjoy it.

Fuse Old Town was fantastic. the location was great, right in the center of the old town. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged airport transfers and laundry services for us, which were both affordable. the rooms were clean and modern, with good air conditioning. the highlight was definitely the lovely swimming pool, perfect for cooling off after a hot day of exploring. And we couldn't resist indulging in the free beer they offered from 5pm to 5:30pm. Cons: Hard to think of anything 🤔.

The staff were amazing, going out of their way to make everything perfect for us. the location was spot on, with key destinations within easy reach. We loved the social aspect of the hotel, especially the quiz night, which was the best night we've had while traveling so far.
There were some cleanliness issues that could be improved. the language barrier with the tailors downstairs was a bit of an issue.

The airport shuttle was a fun, bumpy ride. The indoor pool was so conveniently placed, right next to the restaurant where we ate. And I enjoyed watching the evening entertainment from the comfort of my bed.
Such a shame there was no real seating area, so I had to awkwardly stand around like a statue.

As bike riders, we absolutely loved the free shuttle to the beach, bike tours, and cooking classes offered at Fuse Old Town. The happy hour and sauna were great additions too. The location was perfect, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They even went above and beyond by shipping some items I left behind back to me in Hanoi. We would definitely stay here again!
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints at all.
